Children's Services Centres (Fees) Regulations 1996

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to increase the fees payable for registration, renewal of registration and transfer of registration of children's services centres.

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 376 and 391 of the Health Act 1958.

3. Registration, transfer and renewal fees increased

For Schedule B to the 1Children's Services
Centres Regulations 1988 substitute—

Children's Services Centres (Fees) Regulations 1996

"SCHEDULE B

Children's Services Centres Regulations 1988

REGISTRATION FEES

(1) REGISTRATION AND RENEWAL OF

REGISTRATION (for 12 months from date of registration)

For each registration and renewal of registration the prescribed fee is as follows:

children's services centre Class 1—$124.00

children's services centre Class 2—$30.00

(2) TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION

For each transfer of registration the prescribed fee is as follows:

children's services centre Class 1—$62.00

children's services centre Class 2—$15.00".
