1—Short title
These regulations may be cited as the Children's Services (Appeals) Regulations 1993.
2—Commencement
These regulations will come into operation four months after the day on which they are made (see Subordinate Legislation Act 1978 section 10AA).
3—Lodgement of appeals
An appeal under section 46 of the Children's Services Act 1985 must be instituted by lodging with the Minister notice in the form set out in the Schedule.
