I, the Governor, acting under section 2 (2) of the Children's Court of Western Australia Amendment
Act (No. 2) 1991 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day of the publication of this proclamation in the Government Gazette as the day on which that Act shall come into operation.
