HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Children (Community Service Orders) Act 1987, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on 1 July 1994.

Amendment

2. The Children (Community Service Orders) Regulation 1988 is

amended by omitting clause 20.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to amend the Children (Community Service Orders) Regulation 1988 to delete a provision made for the purposes of a provision of the Act that has been repealed by the Justices (Fine Default) Amendment Act 1994.

The Regulation is made under the Children (Community Service Orders) Act 1987,

including section 29 (the general regulation making power).
