CHILDREN (CARE AND PROTECTION) ACT 1987—ORDER

I, the Minister for Health and Community Service, in pursuance of section 3 (3) of the Children (Care and Protection) Act 1987, make the Order set out hereunder. The Order takes effect from 4th November, 1991.

Amendment

The Children (Care and Protection—Authorised Officers) Order 1988 is amended by omitting the Schedule and by inserting instead the following Schedule:
