Proclamation

GORDON SAMUELS, Governor I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) Miscellaneous Amendments Act 2000, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 18 December 2000 as the day on which that Act commences.
