Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) Act 1998.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to repeal the provisions of the Children and Young Persons
(Care and Protection) Regulation 2000 that deal with out of school hours care services.
From 1 January 2012, those services will be regulated by the Children (Education and Care
Services) National Law (NSW).
This Regulation is made under the Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) Act

1998, including section 264 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) Amendment (Consequential Amendments) Regulation 2011.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 January 2012.
