The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following regulations under the Children and Young People Act 1999.

1. Commencement

   These regulations commence on the day they are notified in the Gazette.

2. Regulations amended

   These regulations amend the Children and Young People (Modification) Regulations 2000.

3. Substitution

   Regulation 4 is omitted and the following regulation substituted:

“4      Expiry

These regulations expire on 10 May 2001.”.
