Children and Community Services Amendment

Regulations (No. 3) 2022

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Children and Community Services
Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2022.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows

(a) regulations 1 and 2 on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b) the rest of the regulations on 1 November 2022.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Children and Community Services
Regulations 2006.

4.            Regulation 22 amended

In regulation 22:

Service Providers) Order 2016 clause 9(1);
(a) in paragraph (e) delete "Act)." and insert:

Act);

(b) after paragraph (e) insert:

(f)

the health service provider with the corporate name "North Metropolitan Health Service" established under the Health Services (Health Service Providers) Order 2016 clause 8(1);

(g)

the health service provider with the corporate name "South Metropolitan Health Service" established under the Health Services (Health

(h) the health service provider with the corporate name "East Metropolitan Health Service" established under the Health Services (Health

Service Providers) Order 2016 clause 10(1);

(i)    the health service provider with the corporate name "Child and Adolescent Health Service" established under the Health Services (Health

Service Providers) Order 2016 clause 12(1);

(j) the health service provider with the corporate name "WA Country Health Service" established under the Health Services (Health

Service Providers) Order 2016 clause 14(1).
