Children and Community Services Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 2012

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Children and Community Services
Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2012.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Children and Community Services
Regulations 2006.

4.             Regulation 21 amended

In regulation 21(1) delete the Table and insert:

Children who have reached 7 years of age
but are under 13 years of age	441.16
Children who have reached 13 years of age
but are under 16 years of age	533.35
Children who have reached 16 years of age	467.20
