Children and Community Services Amendment

Regulations 2014

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

27 June 2014 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 2311

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2014.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Children and Community Services
Regulations 2006.

4.            Regulation 20A amended

In regulation 20A:

(a) in paragraph (m) delete "section 2(1)." and insert:

section 2(1);

(b)	after paragraph (m) insert:
(n)

the Teacher Registration Board of Western Registration Act 2012 section 86;

(o)

the Training Accreditation Council established Act 1996 section 25;

(p) each college established under the Vocational Education and Training Act 1996 section 35.

5. Regulation 21 amended
In regulation 21(1) delete the Table and insert:
