Children and Community Services Amendment

Regulations 2010

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations are the Children and Community Services
Amendment Regulations 2010.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

Delete Part 4A.

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette (gazettal day);
(b)	regulation 4— when the Children and Community Services Amendment Act 2010 section 72 comes into operation;
(c)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after gazettal day.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Children and Community Services
Regulations 2006.

4.            Part 4A deleted

5.            Regulation 21 amended

In regulation 21(1):

(a)	delete "to this subregulation":
(b)	delete the Table and insert:
