Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation

1.    These regulations may be cited as the Child Welfare (Detention Centres)

Amendment Regulations 1991.

Regulation 23 amended

2.    Regulation 23 of the Child Welfare (Detention Centres) Regulations 1989*

is amended—

(a) in subregulation (2) by deleting "or a visiting justice" and substituting

the following-

" , a visiting justice, a member of Parliament or a legal prac-

titioner "; and

(b) by repealing subregulations (3), (4), (5) and (6).
