CHILD WELFARE AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 2) 1993

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Child Welfare Amendment Regulations (No. 2)

1993.

Regulation 12 amended

2. Regulation 12 of the Child Welfare Regulations 1977* is amended—

(a) by inserting before "Road Traffic Act 1974" the item designation "I."; and

(b) by inserting after "s. 64A Probationary driver driving with prescribed percent- age of alcohol in the blood." the following item-

2. Road Traffic Act 1974 (when committed by a child who has attained the age of 16 years or more at the time of the alleged offence)

s. 54 Duty to stop in case of an accident, etc.
s. 55 Duty to report accident.

s. 56 Duty to report accident whereby bodily injury is

caused.

s. 57 Duty of owner to identify driver of vehicle involved

in accident.

s. 59A Dangerous driving causing bodily harm.

s. 61 Dangerous driving.

s. 62 Careless driving.
s. 64AA Driving with 0.05% blood alcohol content.

s. 67 Failure to comply with requirement as to provision

of breath, blood or urine sample for analysis.

s. 67A Failure to comply with other requirements made by

a member of Police Force.

s. 97 Offences (fraudulent alteration or use, forge or If

obtain licence, etc.).
