Child Support Regulations (Amendment)2

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Child Support Act 1988.

Commencement

1. These Regulations commence on 1 October 1989.

Conversion of amounts payable under registrable maintenance liabilities

2. Regulation 5 of the Child Support Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (1) “under an order or agreement”.
