1Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Child Support (Registration and Collection) Amendment Regulations 2001 (No. 2).

2Commencement

These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3Amendment of Child Support (Registration and Collection) Regulations 1988

Schedule 1 amends the Child Support (Registration and Collection) Regulations 1988.

[1]After regulation 5E

insert

5FDeparture prohibition orders — prescribed persons (Act s 72G)

For subsection 72G (5) of the Act, each of the following persons is prescribed:

  1. (a)

    the Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Customs Service;

  2. (b)

    the Commissioner of Police of the Australian Federal Police;

  3. (c)

    the Secretary of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
