Child Support (Assessment) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Child Support (Assessment) Act 1989.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 July 1997.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Child Support (Assessment) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 6 (Inflation factor)

3.1   Add at the end of the table:

“Year ending on 30 June 1998 1.045”.

4.   Regulation 9 (Orders that may be made by a court)

4.1   Omit “custodian”, substitute “carer”.
