Name of Regulations
These Regulations are the Child Support (Assessment) Amendment Regulations 2006 (No. 1).

Commencement
These Regulations commence on the commencement of Schedule 1 to the Child Support Legislation Amendment (Reform of the Child Support Scheme—Initial Measures) Act 2006.

Schedule 1 amends the Child Support (Assessment) Regulations 1989.
