1Name of regulation

This regulation is the Child Support (Assessment) Amendment (Excluded Income) Regulation 2014.

2Commencement

This regulation commences on the day after it is registered.

3Authority

This regulation is made under the Child Support (Assessment) Act 1989.

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 1—Amendments

Child Support (Assessment) Regulations 1989

1  Before subregulation 7D(1)

Insert:

         (1A)  For paragraphs (a) and (b) of the definition of income in subsection 66A(4) of the Act, an NDIS amount (within the meaning of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013) is prescribed.
