Child Protection Regulations Amendment (Fees and Payments) Regulations 2024

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Part 1 – Preliminary1.Citation

These regulations are the Child Protection Regulations Amendment (Fees and Payments) Regulations 2024.

2.Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

• (a)

  Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website;

• (b)

  the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2024.

Part 2 – Adoption Regulations 1995 amended3.Regulations amended

This Part amends the Adoption Regulations 1995.

4.Various fees amended

Amend the provisions listed in the Table as set out in the Table.

Part 3 – Children and Community Services Regulations 2006 amended5.Regulations amended

This Part amends the Children and Community Services Regulations 2006.

6.Regulation 21 amended

In regulation 21(1) delete the Table and insert:
