Child Protection Regulations Amendment (Fees

and Payments) Regulations 2017

Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

Part 1 — Preliminary

1.   Citation

These regulations are the Child Protection Regulations
Amendment (Fees and Payments) Regulations 2017.

2.   Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)

Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2017.

Part 2 — Adoption Regulations 1995 amended

3. Regulations amended

This Part amends the Adoption Regulations 1995.

4. Various fees amended
Amend the provisions listed in the Table as set out in the Table.

Regulations 2006 amended

5.            Regulations amended

This Part amends the Children and Community Services
Regulations 2006.
6. Regulation 21 amended
In regulation 21(1) delete the Table and insert:

Part 4— Working with Children (Criminal Record

Checking) Regulations 2005 amended

7.            Regulations amended

This Part amends the Working with Children (Criminal Record
Checking) Regulations 2005.

8.             Schedule 3 amended

In Schedule 3 items 1(a), 2 and 3 delete "$83.00" and insert:

$84.00 R. NEILSON, Clerk of the Executive Council.
