Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to recognise certain Victorian and South Australian orders as corresponding section 19 (2) (a) and 21 (the general regulation-making power).

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Child Protection (Offenders Prohibition Orders) Amendment
(Corresponding Laws) Regulation 2017.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Amendment of Child Protection (Offenders Prohibition Orders) Regulation 2013
Clause 4 Corresponding prohibition orders: section 19 (2) (a)
Insert after clause 4 (f):
(g) an order under Part 5C of the Child Sex Offenders Registration Act 2006 of South Australia, (h) an order under Part 4A of the Sex Offenders Registration Act 2004 of Victoria.
