Child Protection (Information Sharing) Amendment Regulation 2018 (Qld)

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Child Protection (Information Sharing) Amendment Regulation 2018.

2   Commencement

This regulation commences on 29 October 2018.

3   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Child Protection Regulation 2011.

4   Insertion of new pt 3A

After section 10—
insert—

Part 3A    Prescribed entities for information sharing

10A   Prescribed entity—Act, s 159M

The department in which the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2003 and the Torres Strait Islander Cultural Heritage Act 2003 are administered is prescribed for section 159M, definition prescribed entity, paragraph (g) of the Act.
