s1 2 s5 Child Protection Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 No. 283, 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Child Protection Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Child Protection Regulation 2000 . 3 Amendment of s 3 (Licensee must have policy about reporting matters of concern) Section 3(4)— insert— ‘ Note — Under section 139(1)(f) of the Act, the chief executive may suspend or cancel an authority on the ground that the holder has contravened a provision of the Act. ’. 4 Amendment of s 6 (Suitability of methods for the selection, training and management of people engaged in providing care services—Act, s 126(d)) (1) Section 6, heading, ‘ 126( d) ’— omit, insert— ‘ 126 ’. (2) Section 6, ‘section 126(d)’— omit, insert— ‘section 126(f)’. 5 Amendment of s 9 (Suitable person—Act, sch 3, definition suitable person ) Section 9(6)(b)(ii), ‘126(d)’— omit, insert— ‘126(f)’.
