s1 2 s5 Child Protection Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 No. 283, 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Child Protection Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Child Protection Regulation 2000 . 3 Amendment of s 3 (Licensee must have policy about reporting matters of concern) Section 3(4)— insert— Note Under section 139(1)(f) of the Act, the chief executive may suspend or cancel an authority on the ground that the holder has contravened a provision of the Act. ’. 4 Amendment of s 6 (Suitability of methods for the selection, training and management of people engaged in providing care services—Act, s 126(d)) (1) Section 6, heading, ‘ 126( d) ’— omit, insert— 126 ’. (2) Section 6, ‘section 126(d)’— omit, insert— ‘section 126(f)’. 5 Amendment of s 9 (Suitable person—Act, sch 3, definition suitable person ) Section 9(6)(b)(ii), ‘126(d)’— omit, insert— ‘126(f)’.
