s1 2 s6 Child Employment Amendment Regulation (No. 1) No. 117, 2007 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Child Employment Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 14 June 2007. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Child Employment Regulation 2006. 4 Omission of s 3A (Prohibition on nudity and sexually provocative clothing) Section 3A— omit . 5 Amendment of s 12 (Prohibition on inappropriate roles and situations) Section 12(3)(c)(ii)(B)— omit, insert — ‘(B) if the person is a female who is at least 5 years—her breasts are visible. Note for paragraph (c)(ii) — For children engaged in work other than in the entertainment industry, see section 8A of the Act.’. 6 Amendment of s 25 (Employer’s duty about presence of parent) Section 25(3), ‘3A(3)(c) or’— omit, insert — ‘8A(2)(c) of the Act or section’.
