1.         Name of determination

This determination is the Child Disability Assessment Amendment Determination 2003.

2.         Commencement

This determination commences on 1 July 2003.

3.         Amendment of Child Disability Assessment Determination 2001

Schedule 1 amends the Child Disability Assessment Determination 2001.

Schedule 1        Amendments

[1]       Schedule 3, Part 1, paragraphs 2(a) and (b)

substitute

(a)  Down syndrome (where the young person is under 16 years old)

(b)  Fragile X syndrome (where the young person is under 16 years old)

(j)    Cystic Fibrosis

(k)  Phenylketonuria

[3]       Schedule 3, Part 1, after clause 10

11. Epilepsy (uncontrolled while on medication)

8.    Haemophilia with Factor VIII or Factor IX deficiency (less than 10%)
