1Name

This instrument is the Child Care Subsidy Amendment (NSW Third Party Payment) Minister’s Rules 2022.

2Commencement

   Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

After subsection 16A(3B)

Insert:

Vouchers to reduce the cost to families for children to participate in outside school hours care in New South Wales

1. (3C)

   A $500 payment in the form of a voucher issued by the New South Wales Government to individuals in the period between 1 January 2022 and 1 July 2023 is prescribed if it is made for the purpose of reducing the cost to families for children to participate in outside school hours care.
