This instrument is the
Child Care Subsidy Amendment (NSW Third Party Payment) Minister’s Rules 2022 .
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under subsection 85GB(1) of the
A New Tax System (Family Assistance) Act 1999 .
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Vouchers to reduce the cost to families for children to participate in outside school hours care in New South Wales
(3C) A $500 payment in the form of a voucher issued by the New South Wales Government to individuals in the period between 1 January 2022 and 1 July 2023 is prescribed if it is made for the purpose of reducing the cost to families for children to participate in outside school hours care.
