Child Care Services Amendment

Regulations 2012

Made by the Governor' in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Child Care Services Amendment

Rego/ aiions 2012.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a) regulations I and 2 on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

section 43K(3) of the Act.

(b) the rest of the regulations on the day after that day.

3.              Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Child Care Services

Regu/wions 200T.

4.             Regulation 6AA inserted

At the end of Part 2 insert:

1, An entry warrant may he executed by aii licensing officer (s. 43L(3) of

the Act).

2. "Compliance purposes" is defined in s. 3 of the Act.

3.      The execution period must not exceed 14 clays (s. 43K(2)(rl) of the Act).
