s1 2 s4 Child Care Legislation Amendment (No. 1) No. 252, 1996 PART 1—PRELIMINARY ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Child Care Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1996 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 October 1996. PART 2—AMENDMENT OF CHILD CARE (CHILD CARE CENTRES) REGULATION 1991 ˙ Regulation amended 3. This part amends the ChildCare(ChildCareCentres)Regulation1991 . ˙ Replacement of s 52 (Fees) 4. Section 52— omit, insert— ˙ ‘ Fees ‘ 52. The fees payable under section 10 of the Act are— (a) for an application for a licence to conduct a child care service at a child care centre—$1 500.00; or (b) for an application for the renewal of a licence to conduct a child care service at a child care centre—$300.00.’.

This part amends the Child Care (Family Day Care) Regulation 1991 . ˙ Replacement of s 34 (Fees) 6. Section 34— omit, insert— ˙ ‘ Fees ‘ 34. The fees payable under section 10 of the Act are— (a) for an application for a licence to operate a family day care scheme—$1 500.00; or (b) for an application for the renewal of a licence to operate a family day care scheme—$300.00.’.
