I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Child Care Act 2001 .27 June 2003

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Child Care (Fees) Regulations 2003 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day fixed by proclamation under section 2(2) of the Child Care Act 2001 . 3FeesThe fees set out in Schedule 1 are the fees prescribed for the purposes of the Child Care Act 2001 . Fee units
1.	Approved registration body licence
(a) Application for licence	13.51 for each person body proposes to register as carer
(b) Application for renewal of licence	9.01 for each person body has registered as carer
(c) Late lodgment of application for renewal of licence	9.01 for each multiple of 15 registered carers or part of such a multiple, but not exceeding a total of 135.14
(d) Request for amendment of licence	4.50 for each multiple of 15 registered carers or part of such a multiple, but not exceeding a total of 36.04
(e) Replacement of licence	4.50
2.	Home-based child care licence up to 7 children
(a) Application for licence	18.02
(b) Application for renewal of licence	13.51
(c) Late lodgment of application for renewal of licence	9.01
