s1 2 s6 Child Care (Child Care Centres) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2002 No. 121, 2002 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Child Care (Child Care Centres) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2002 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the ChildCare(ChildCareCentres)Regulation 1991. 3 Commencement This regulation commences on 5 June 2002. 4 Amendment of s 35 (Standards) Section 35, ‘the schedule’— omit, insert— ‘schedule 1’. 5 Amendment of s 50 (Exemptions—mobile kindergartens) Section 50(1) and (2)(b), ‘the schedule’— omit, insert— ‘schedule 1’. 6 Replacement of s 51 (Exemptions—other child care centres) Section 51— omit, insert— ‘51 Exemptions—other child care centres ‘ (1) A child care centre mentioned in schedule 2 is exempt from compliance with the provisions of schedule 1 stated opposite. ‘ (2) If a day is stated opposite the centre in column 3, the exemption has effect only until the end of the stated day.’.
