Child Care Benefit (Exemption from Eligibility Rules—Specified Child Care Services) Determination 2004
I, Mark Sullivan, Secretary of the Department of Family and Community Services, make the following determination under paragraph 205(3)(a) of the A New Tax System (Family Assistance) (Administration) Act 1999.

1. This determination is the Child Care Benefit (Exemption from Eligibility Rules—Specified Child Care Services) Determination 2004.
Commencement
2. This determination commences on 1 March 2004.
Exemption from eligibility rules
3. The child care services specified in Schedule 1 of this determination are exempted from satisfying the rule in paragraph 12(1)(a) of the Child Care Benefit (Eligibility of Child Care Services for Approval and Continued Approval) Determination 2000.
