This Determination is the Child Care Benefit (Absence From Care – Permitted Circumstances) Amendment Determination 2011 (No. 1).

2              Commencement

This Determination commences on the day on which Schedule 3 to the Family Assistance and Other Legislation Amendment (Child Care and Other Measures) Act 2011 commences.

3              Amendment of Child Care Benefit (Absence From Care – Permitted Circumstances) Determination 2000

Schedule 1 amends the Child Care Benefit (Absence From Care – Permitted Circumstances) Determination 2000.
