2 Child Care Amendment (No .1) No. 120, 1992 PART 1—PRELIMINARY ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Child Care Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1992 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 5 June 1992. PART 2—AMENDMENT OF CHILD CARE (CHILD CARE CENTRES) REGULATION 1991 ˙ Amended regulation 3. The Child Care (Child Care Centres) Regulation 1991 is amended as set out in this Part. ˙ Replacement of s.2 (Commencement) 4. Section 2— omit, insert — ˙ ‘Commencement 2.
