This regulation may be cited as the Chicken Meat Industry Committee Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Chicken Meat Industry Committee Regulations 1989 . ˙ Omission of s 4 (Forms) 3. Section 4— omit. ˙ Insertion of new s 8 4. After section 7— insert— ˙ ‘ Repeal ‘ 8. All subordinate legislation, 1 other than this regulation, made under the Act is repealed.’. ˙ Omission of schedule 5. Schedule— omit. 1 For the meaning of “subordinate legislation”, see the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 36.
