Chicken Meat Industry Act Amendment

Regulations 2010

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Chicken Meat Industry Act Amendment
Regulations 2010.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Chicken Meat Industry Act
Regulations.

Note: The heading to amended regulation 4 is to read: Computation of average price

4.            Regulation 3 amended

In regulation 3 delete "section 17" and insert:

sections 15(1)(c), 16(7)(a) and 18(1a)(a)

5.           Regulation 4 amended

In regulation 4 delete "standard" and insert:

6. Regulation 5 amended
In regulation 5(a) delete "section 16(2)(a)" and insert:

section 16(2)(b)

7. Regulation 6 amended
Delete regulation 6(5).

8. Regulation 7 amended
In regulation 7(2) delete "section 15(d)" and insert:

section 15(1)(d)

9.             Regulation 10 amended

In regulation 10 delete "section 15(d)" and insert:

section 15(1)(d)

10.          Various gender specific references amended Amend the provisions listed in the 'Fable as set out in the Table.

11.          First Schedule amended

12.          Second Schedule amended

(1) Delete the Second Schedule clause 1 and insert:

In this Schedule

farm model means the model devised from time to time by

the Committee for the purposes of computing the costs of
production.

(2)	In the Second Schedule clause 2 delete "standard" and insert:

(3)	Delete the Second Schedule clause 3.
(4)	Delete the Second Schedule clauses 5 and 6.
