Application for approval of the CHEP North Melbourne (VIC) Service Centre Enterprise Agreement 2022
Chep Australia Limited has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the CHEP North Melbourne (VIC) Service Centre Enterprise Agreement 2022 (the Agreement).
I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Fair Work Act 2009 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.
The Agreement is approved and will operate from 1 March 2023. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 31 December 2024.
The Agreement covers the Construction, Forestry, Maritime, Mining and Energy Union.
