Chemical Usage (Agricultural and Veterinary) Control Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2013 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Chemical Usage (Agricultural and Veterinary) Control Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2013 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Chemical Usage (Agricultural and Veterinary) Control Regulation 1999. 3 Amendment s 12Q (Application of sdiv 4) Section 12Q(1), ‘ametryn, diuron or hexazinone’— omit, insert — ametryn 4 Amendment of s 12R (Preparing products) Section 12R(c)— omit, insert — (c) within 20m of a sinkhole or well. 5 Amendment of s 12SB (Using products—other conditions about site suitability) Section 12SB(1)(c)— omit, insert — (c) within 20m of a sinkhole or well. 6 Amendment of s 12T (Quantities of particular constituents of products that may be used) Section 12T, ‘or 1.8kg of diuron’— omit.
