This regulation may be cited as the Chemical Usage (Agricultural and Veterinary) Control Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the ChemicalUsage(AgriculturalandVeterinary) Control Regulation 1989 . ˙ Amendment of s 2 (Interpretation) 3. Section 2, heading— omit, insert— ‘ Definitions ’. ˙ Insertion of new s 3A 4. After section 3— insert— ˙ ‘ Proscribed chemicals ‘ 3A. For section 13 of the Act, the chemicals in schedule 1A are proscribed chemicals.’. ˙ Insertion of new s 10 5. After section 9— insert— ˙ ‘ Repeal ‘ 10.
