   CHATTEL SECURITIES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 3) 1990

   Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
   Citation
   1. These regulations may be cited as the Chattel Securities Amendment
   Regulations (No. 3) 1990.
   Principal regulations
   2. In these regulations the Chattel Securities Regulations 1988* are referred to
   as the principal regulations.

   Regulation 6 amended
   3. Regulation 6 of the principal regulations is amended in subregulation (3) by
   deleting "within 14 days after the rendering by the Commissioner of an account

   in respect of those fees to that person" and substituting the following-

   " in accordance with the terms of that arrangement ".

   Schedule amended
   4. The Schedule to the principal regulations is amended by adding after item

   2 the following item-

   " 3. For the establishment of an account as an

account enquiries customer 80 ".
