The amendments in these regulations are to the Chattel
Securities Regulations 1988*.

Regulation 3 amended identification number” and inserting the following definition instead —

“

“vehicle identification number” means an identification
number marked on a motor vehicle in accordance
with rule 52 of the Road Traffic (Vehicle

Standards) Rules 2002;

”.
