Lieutenant-Governor and	Governor and deputy of the Governor of the
deputy of the Governor.	State of Western Australia.

I, the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor, acting under section 2 of the Chattel Securi- ties Amendment Act 1996, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 4 November 1996 as the day on which that Act comes into operation.
