CHATTAWAY

v

MINISTER FOR HEALTH AND WELLBEING & ORS

[2020] HCASL 255
A17/2020

  1. The applicant seeks special leave to appeal from the whole of a judgment of the Full Court of the Supreme Court of South Australia (Kourakis CJ, Peek and Stanley JJ).  There are insufficient prospects that an appeal would succeed to warrant the grant of special leave.  Accordingly, special leave is refused.

  2. Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application with costs.
