This Instrument is the Charter of the United Nations (UN Sanction Enforcement Law) Amendment Declaration 2019 (No. 2).

  1. Commencement

This Instrument commences at the same time as the Charter of the United Nations Legislation Amendment (2019 Measures No. 1) Regulations 2019 commences.

  1. Authority

This Instrument is made under subsection 2B(1) of the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945.

  1. Amendment of the Charter of the United Nations (UN Sanction Enforcement Law) Declaration 2008

Schedule 1 amends the Charter of the United Nations (UN Sanction Enforcement Law) Declaration 2008.

Schedule 1     Repeal

1              Item 6 of Schedule 1

Repeal the item.
