This Instrument is the Charter of the United Nations (UN Sanction Enforcement Law) Amendment Declaration 2018 (No. 2).
Commencement
This Instrument commences at the same time as the Charter of the United Nations (Sanctions – Mali) Regulations 2018 commences.
Authority
This Instrument is made under subsection 2B(1) of the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945.
