  1. Name of Instrument

This Instrument is the Charter of the United Nations (UN Sanction Enforcement Law) Amendment Declaration 2017 (No. 3).

  1. Commencement

This Instrument commences at the same time as the Charter of the United Nations (Sanctions — Democratic People’s Republic of Korea) Amendment (2017 Measures No. 2) Regulations 2017 commences.

  1. Authority

This Instrument is made under subsection 2B(1) of the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945.

Schedule 1 amends the Charter of the United Nations (UN Sanction Enforcement Law) Declaration 2008.
