I, PETER JOHN HOLLINGWORTH, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945.

1Name of Regulations

 These Regulations are the Charter of the United Nations Sanctions Regulations (Repeal) 2002.

2Commencement

 These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3Charter of the United Nations (Sanctions — Libya) Regulations — repeal

 The following Statutory Rules are repealed:

 · 1994 No. 131

 · 1995 No. 432.

4Charter of the United Nations (Sanctions — Federal Republic of Yugoslavia) Regulations 1998 — repeal

 Statutory Rules 1998 No. 102 is repealed.

5Charter of the United Nations (Sanctions — Eritrea and Ethiopia) Regulations 2000 — repeal

 Statutory Rules 2000 No. 247 is repealed.
