I, JULIE BISHOP, Minister for Foreign Affairs, make this instrument of repeal under regulation 17E(3) of the Charter of the United Nations (Sanctions – Iran) Regulations 2008.

1. Name of Instrument

   This Instrument is the Charter of the United Nations (Sanctions – Iran) (Specified Entities) List Instrument of Repeal 2016.

2. Commencement

   This Instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

3. Repeal of instrument

   The Charter of the United Nations (Sanctions-Iran) (Specified Entities) List 2010 is repealed.
