This Designation is the Charter of the United Nations (Sanctions – Iran) Document List Amendment 2016.

   This List commences on the day after it is registered.

2. Determination of documents

   For paragraph 5(1A) of the Charter of the United Nations (Sanctions – Iran) Regulations 2008, each document that is mentioned in an item in Schedule 1 is a document for paragraph 5(1) of the Charter of the United Nations (Sanctions – Iran) Regulations 2008.
