Charles Darwin University (Repeal of By-laws) By-laws*

The Council, at a meeting held on 11 October 2013, made the following by-laws under section 46(1) of the Charles Darwin University Act and, for section 63(2)(a) of the Interpretation Act, authorised the Chancellor and Vice-Chancellor to sign them

1Citation

These By-laws may be cited as the Charles Darwin University (Repeal of By-laws) By-laws.

2Repeal

The following By-laws, as in force immediately before the commencement of these By-laws, are repealed:

  • (a)

    the Northern Territory University (Academic Dress) By-laws;

  • (b)

    the Northern Territory University (Convocation) By-laws;

  • (c)

    the Northern Territory University (Degrees and Other Awards) By-laws;

  • (d)

    the Northern Territory University (Powers and Responsibilities of the Vice-Chancellor) By-laws;

  • (e)

    the Northern Territory University (Training and Further Education Board) By-laws.

3Expiry of By-laws

These By-laws expire on the day after they commence.
